By accessing or using PsychoSafe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PsychoSafe is a software-as-a-service platform designed to assist Australian organisations with documenting psychosocial workplace health and safety compliance. The Service provides tools for risk assessment, survey distribution, consultation record-keeping, and report generation.
PsychoSafe provides documentation tools only. It does not constitute legal advice, WHS advice, or professional workplace health advice. PsychoSafe Pty Ltd is not a registered WHS professional, legal practitioner, or registered workplace health consultant. You should consult a qualified WHS professional or legal advisor for specific compliance guidance.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in AUD and include GST. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. After the trial period, your account will be restricted to Starter tier features unless you subscribe.
You retain ownership of all data you input into PsychoSafe. We do not share your organisational data with third parties except as required to deliver the Service (payment processors, email providers, hosting) or as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PsychoSafe Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any failure to achieve compliance outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 7 years in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian record-keeping obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
